Positive: Loved how close everything was. We were able to walk to the ocean. Everything you could possibly need is just a short drive mostly on one stretch of road.
Negative: I honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Richard was awesome and promptly addressed all our questions and concerns. The house is beautiful and convenient, with lots of beach and pool toys and accessories that we were able to use for our kids. The house layout is great with 3 bedrooms in one section and 2 bedrooms in another, perfect for two families wanting to spend time together while still having some privacy. The combo of the awesome pool & spa and the proximity to the beach and the cocoa beach pier was a perfect match for what we were looking for.

We have stayed in this area for 3 years now. This was a wonderful home with plenty of space. If your family dynamic is right, it could easily house 12 people. My wife actually complained it was too big! Our boys would often navigate over to the 2nd living area. We only used the main kitchen, but there is a 2nd kitchen that bigger or 2nd families could use. Great location to the beach. Good size pool and connected spa! Plenty of extras for entertainment; board games, pool floats, beach items, corn hole. We would definitely consider Richard's tiki home again!

We loved this rental! We air bnb as an extended family often and all agreed Richard’s place was the most at home we have felt in any of our beach rentals. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there even extra beach and pool supplies. His check in and check out procedures were some of the easiest we have ever experience. Super communicative. We spent the day at the beach parks down the road. Then at evening walked across the street for sunset and sea turtle spotting. Wonderful stay and we’re already planning our return.

This house was very nice. The bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very nice. All the appliances were top quality. Both living rooms were big with comfortable furniture. The dinning room had a huge tsble so everyone could est together. We enjoyed the pool very much. I would suggest going to paradise beach to enjoy rock free swimming. The sansbar restaurant and Surf and Turtle icecream place that are right up the street are just awsome. The pizza place a bit further down is also great. The host made check in and checkout so easy and he was very responsive. It was only a 15 min drive to cocao Beach but a lot quieter.

We had a hiccup with another air bnb listing and lucked out on this place being available!!! Richard was extremely responsive, the place was comfortable and had more amenities than we could have hoped for. There was a whole shed with beach & pool items - we didn’t even get out what we had packed except the beach wagon. Plenty of toys, a cooler, a canopy, floaties etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect for 2 families vacationing together! Thank you so much !!
