The house is beautiful and convenient, with lots of beach and pool toys and accessories that we were able to use for our kids. The house layout is great with 3 bedrooms in one section and 2 bedrooms in another, perfect for two families wanting to spend time together while still having some privacy. The combo of the awesome pool & spa and the proximity to the beach and the cocoa beach pier was a perfect match for what we were looking for.

We have stayed in this area for 3 years now. This was a wonderful home with plenty of space. If your family dynamic is right, it could easily house 12 people. My wife actually complained it was too big! Our boys would often navigate over to the 2nd living area. We only used the main kitchen, but there is a 2nd kitchen that bigger or 2nd families could use. Great location to the beach. Good size pool and connected spa! Plenty of extras for entertainment; board games, pool floats, beach items, corn hole. We would definitely consider Richard's tiki home again!

We loved this rental! We air bnb as an extended family often and all agreed Richard’s place was the most at home we have felt in any of our beach rentals. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there even extra beach and pool supplies. His check in and check out procedures were some of the easiest we have ever experience. Super communicative. We spent the day at the beach parks down the road. Then at evening walked across the street for sunset and sea turtle spotting. Wonderful stay and we’re already planning our return.

This house was very nice. The bedrooms were great and the bathrooms were very nice. All the appliances were top quality. Both living rooms were big with comfortable furniture. The dinning room had a huge tsble so everyone could est together. We enjoyed the pool very much. I would suggest going to paradise beach to enjoy rock free swimming. The sansbar restaurant and Surf and Turtle icecream place that are right up the street are just awsome. The pizza place a bit further down is also great. The host made check in and checkout so easy and he was very responsive. It was only a 15 min drive to cocao Beach but a lot quieter.

We had a hiccup with another air bnb listing and lucked out on this place being available!!! Richard was extremely responsive, the place was comfortable and had more amenities than we could have hoped for. There was a whole shed with beach & pool items - we didn’t even get out what we had packed except the beach wagon. Plenty of toys, a cooler, a canopy, floaties etc. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfect for 2 families vacationing together! Thank you so much !!

You can’t ask for more than that with a host! The house was well laid out, near the beach, a short uber ride to a grocery store and across the street from a decent bar & grill. Communication was early and often, very responsive and would utilize the home again.

The house was very comfortable. The pool was heated and salt water which was great for pool activities.  Had a problem with the T. V 's in the bedrooms but we never used them so it didn't matter. Great location for restaurants and beach access.  Overall would definitely recommend Richard's place .

We staid here for a father and sons fishing trip. The house is plenty big to accommodate a group even larger than ours. The beds were comfortable. The living room was relaxing and the big couch made for a good space to hang out and take in the NHL playoffs.

This was certainly a home away from home. The house had everything we needed for a weekend away - (including a new blend of coffee I had not tried before, but now love), ample amount of towels, refrigerator space, rooms & beds, beach amenities  and a beautiful pool and tiki bar. We needed to stay longer to fully enjoy everything this house had to offer. The beach design & theme really set the calm relaxed atmosphere of the house. We got to experience a rocket launch (we didn’t see it, but felt it. Cool!) The kitchen/breakfast nook/dining room was a perfect place to gather in the morning and for dinner. We celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday and this place made it so special, we will never forget it. (We might even celebrate her 31st birthday here!! 🤗)

From the time I book until the time we left Richard was very responsive with any questions and just with giving information in general. We stayed for the air show and could see it all right from the pool. Our kids had a blast swimming and the pool house had a ton of fun things for them to play with. The beds were very comfortable. We felt right at home. Richard has been by far the best host I have ever dealt with through Airbnb. I 100% recommend staying here if you have the chance!!

Tiki Blue was perfect for our family vacation. Upon arrival the house was spotless with fresh towels and spotless countertops. The whole house is spacious and airy, very easy to feel comfortable and at home. Super close drive to Lori Wilson public beach. The kids loved the pool! You kind of forget you’re in a neighborhood with how private the backyard feels. Richard is awesome, helpful and prompt communication! We had a great stay.

If you’re looking for that special house look no further than the Tiki Blue Beach house. The  home is large with five bedrooms, which we were able to accommodate family and friends. A highlight for us was the large swimming pool and hot tub where we spent a majority of our time together. Any communication with Richard I found he was fast to respond. We all enjoyed Cocoa Beach, restaurants, sandy beaches, watching several space launches including NASA’s Artemis mission launch toward the moon. Thanks Richard for helping us to make memories for 10 great grandchildren.

Hotels just don’t compare!
Positive: As native Florida residents, our family enjoys a good staycation from time to time. We decided to take an impromptu trip to Cocoa Beach to do the whole Kennedy space experience, and while browsing for hotels on the beach, I stumbled across this little gem and decided that it was a much better fit for our family. The amount of rooms, 2 kitchens, heated pool and hot tub, along with the privacy you don’t get with a hotel made this a no brainer decision for us. We brought our electric scooters and were able to ride all up and down the strip to the pier, restaurants, beaches, and grocery stores without the hassle of fighting traffic or parking.  I really enjoyed having 2 full kitchens, private pool and hot tub, and all of the amenities you could need or want for grilling going to the beach or just chilling poolside. The owner was available for questions but was not overbearing or controlling as some property managers can be. We liked it so much, we ended up cancelling our plans to go on to St Augustine and were able to book a second night with him. Highly recommend this place and we will be returning. The house was great, plenty of space for 7 of us. We mostly lived in the main livingroom and out back by the pool. Having a 2nd kitchen was also a nice perk especially having the 2nd full fridge. Outdoor patio and deck around the pool had plenty of furniture and space for us to relax or sit together and visit. We also enjoyed the outdoor table and the grill was frequently used. Pool was nice and warm as was the hot tub. The location is great, you are a about 1/10th of a mile from the beach. Walking to the beach is super easy, you aren't dealing with heavy traffic and there are many access points. Stores and restaurants are close by, easy to walk to but not on top you you. It's a nice quiet residential road. This property would also be great for 2 families vacationing together. It's all one house but you can have some separation if you want including separate kitchens. Richard is a wonderful host, very helpful and quick to respond if needed.

We had a truly DELIGHTFUL time at Richard’s place - he was so incredibly communicative, kind and gracious. The home is so cozy and super CLEAN - the beds were luscious and the kitchen had every utensil needed and then some. Two sinks, an amazing dishwasher, and coffee machines! What stood out was how WARM THE POOL was - we had come from New York and wanted a warm pool- and Richard was so kind and upped the heat for us on days it was a bit chilly- so we got to really enjoy! There’s also an incredible grill in the backyard which we used - and it’s perfect for you if you are cooking for you or the fam! >> This is a great place for family - adults and kids alike! 1 small note >> your main entrance is yours, but the back entrance - where we go out to the pool - is connected to the owners entrance. You may run into each other once or twice a day. All in all I 100% recommend this place and will definitely be back!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
