This is my second time staying at one of Richard’s properties and just like the first, this house was perfect for our group. We got to enjoy the beach, a local bar, and an ice cream shop, all within walking distance. We loved our stay at Richard’s home and would recommend any of his places to stay.

VERY nice house! Super clean and comfy. Host Richard was fast with responses.

We had an amazing stay! the space was so large and very accommodating the rules were very lenient and easy to follow. walking to the beach is less than 5 minutes I would stay here again without a doubt! The place was exactly as describe, also a large driveway for cars, multiple entrances, and an entire shed full of pool/beach necessities. 5 stars!!!

The place was beautiful and better than expected. The photos did not do it justice. Richard was easy to contact and met all our needs. My friends and I really enjoyed the pool and the tiki hut. I highly recommend the Blue Tiki hut if you are in the area. Price was reasonable and average for the area. Thanks Richard.

Positive: Loved how close everything was. We were able to walk to the ocean. Everything you could possibly need is just a short drive mostly on one stretch of road.
Negative: I honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Everything was clean and in order upon arrivial. Pool and outside area was clean and everything was in working order. We reached out to Richard as we thought we would run low on a few house supplies and he had them delivered the next day!

Richard was awesome and promptly addressed all our questions and concerns. The house is beautiful and convenient, with lots of beach and pool toys and accessories that we were able to use for our kids. The house layout is great with 3 bedrooms in one section and 2 bedrooms in another, perfect for two families wanting to spend time together while still having some privacy. The combo of the awesome pool & spa and the proximity to the beach and the cocoa beach pier was a perfect match for what we were looking for.
