You will be very close to Lori Wilson Park: a big public beach with lots of parking, showers, bathrooms, a food truck, and picnic areas. Not far from Ron Jon Surf Shop and Cocoa Beach Pier as well as the downtown district with walkable shopping and dining. Unwind and lounge at the house comfortably: large heated pool, warm and relaxing hot tub, and a large tiki bar where you can sit in the shade and sip a cocktail. Big TV in the living room, TV's in every bedroom, and great air conditioning make for a comfortable beach house. There is a large dining area that has multiple options for seating (up to 20), whether you want a big family meal at the big dining room table, a snack at the kitchen island or something in between like a lunch for all the kids at the medium-sized dining table.
