This is a ground-floor unit in a duplex. The other duplex unit is a 2nd floor apt. w/separate private entrance. Tenant is long-term, quiet and away a lot. The best of both worlds: located a few minutes' walk from the ocean, at the edge of a quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach, fish taco sports bar, ice cream shop and more! Nearby convenience: grocery, restaurants. Nearby attractions: Cocoa beach pier, Merritt Island nature preserve, Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral. I am very responsive in managing your comfort; call or text and I will respond quickly to ensure you have a great experience. Enjoy your stay! Quiet neighborhood. Located next to the VFW hall; this is a nice, very low-key buffer from A1A. Please keep your noise level down especially in the evening and at night when the neighbors want to sleep. There are several on-site parking spaces available. You have 4 on site parking spaces.

Just book it Positive: Loved how close everything was. We were able to walk to the ocean. Everything you could possibly need is just a short drive mostly on one stretch of road. Negative: I honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Positive: The pool was amazing about the only thing to do in the location. Plenty of space for all of us. There were two pull out beds. Negative: The beds were not comfortable at all.

We loved this rental! We air bnb as an extended family often and all agreed Richard’s place was the most at home we have felt in any of our beach rentals. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there even extra beach and pool supplies. His check in and check out procedures were some of the easiest we have ever experience. Super communicative. We spent the day at the beach parks down the road. Then at evening walked across the street for sunset and sea turtle spotting. Wonderful stay and we’re already planning our return.
