Lovely comfortable house ideal for our stay
Positive: House was very spacious and the pool was ideal and is heated all year round. The beach was close, a five minute walk.
There are many different food options nearby but being the USA a rental car is always a better way to travel around.

Richard our host was around to assist with any queries and a phone number was available if we required any further help.
There are cloth washing/drying facilities available just outside near the pool area.

Kitchen was well stocked for all the things you would expect and included a dish washer, coffee machine, toaster and of course the usual large fridge/freezer you would expect in the USA.

All rooms had a large TV with Netflix if required and beds were very comfortable.

Would and probably will return for another stay.

Wonderful Airbnb - beautiful house and neighborhood with close access to various amenities in Cocoa Beach. Previously came out for a family reunion and left a Google review, and was lucky to grab it again for an additional girls' trip this year!! The Airbnb host, Richard, is reliable, engaged, and friendly - he makes checking in and out a breeze. Also had good advice for local activities. Can fit huge groups and has the property access to a lot of good shops, outdoor activities, and restaurants in the area. Neighborhood allows for nice walks, too - can go right up to the waterfront and see some of the islands in under 10 mins! Beach is also a very short drive. But if you're more of a pool fan, you're in luck - we were tempted to just lounge by the pool all day. Highly recommend for family reunions, bachelorette party groups, or summer getaways. AMAZING place, with a great deal for the price. Wish I could give a higher score!!!

My large family group had a wonderful time at this Tiki Blue beach house. You can drive to all the area attractions for nice day trips. The back patio with pool and tiki bar was super fun for all the kids. My husband and my brother and the boys took a fishing charter which was a great success. We grilled the fish on the barbecue. Very well maintained house. The cleaners do a good job. plenty of linens and soap. Kitchen is big. Good for family meals together. Thank you Richard for being so responsive to the issue we had. We appreciate it!!! We will be coming back for sure! -Amy

We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family for a week at the beach. We had plenty of space for everyone, comfortable beds, quick walk to the beach, and the pool was amazing. We will definitely be back sometime!

The tiki blue two was our favorite vacation spot for our family! It was roomy, clean, pool, steps to beach, fully equipped kitchen and close proximity to restaurants, shopping, boating, etc! Richard was an excellent host with response time less than 15 min! We absolutely loved it and will be back

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit for our two families.  The backyard is a great space to hang out in, especially after a long day at the beach.  The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips and making check-in a breeze. The location was perfect—quiet but close to everything. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We had a last minute booking at the "Tiki Blue Two" house.  Richard was a great host, very responsive and the house was amazing.  It was even better than described and perfect for our group.  As mentioned, the house was great (with a great location), but what stood out for me was Richard's responsiveness and hospitality from start to finish.  We found out shortly before arriving that there was a rocket launch the evening we were there and I reached out to Richard late for any "Insider Advice" for viewing.   It was something outside the scope of what he had to do, but he responded quickly and with great advice and it really made our trip incredible!  Great house, Great Host.  Highly recommend and we would certainly stay here again.

Very nice accommodations. Room for the whole family. Kids and grandkids loved the pool. Richard is very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to questions and requests. Would definitely stay again. May very likely be back same time next year. We usually bring a supply of paper and plastic products; plates, silverware, cups extra trash bags. Makes for more pool time and less clean up time. Thanks for the hospitality Richard!

If you plan on a family trip to Coco beach, you need to stay here.  Amazing home, big and so much space.  Pool was amazing and just a 2 minute walk to the beach.  Also, very walkable to great restaurants.  I have never been a huge fan of the Atlantic coast, but I honestly am planning a trip back already.

Beautiful home and easy to find. The home was very clean and not far from all the local shops, stores and restaurants around. Great stay for a big family. We have a family of 6 and had more than enough room for everyone. The back yard was super cute with plenty of chairs and the pool with a hot tub was a major plus to the stay. The kitchen was very spacious and had all the necessities you’d need. We will definitely be returning in the near future! I highly recommend giving this beautiful place a chance to call your home away from home.

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! We had so much room between the 5 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms. It was fully stocked inside and out.  The location was extremely close to the beach and multiple restaurants. Our favorite spot was the private pool and hot tub, this backyard oasis was the highlight of our trip.  Anyone looking to stay in Cocoa Beach, you won't be disappointed if you have a chance to stay here!!!

The perfect home for a large family vacation with great amenities. The pool is huge and the hot tub was a nice bonus. We had 7 kids and did not have any problems with the noise ordinance of 10 pm. The house is spacious, clean and very well stocked. The host is very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend this rental.

Richard’s place did not disappoint. We are new to visiting the area and were hopeful we made a good choice and we ended up having a dreamy family vacation. Great location - you can walk to the beach, the pier, restaurants, etc. We loved that we had everything we needed close by including grocery and shopping. The pictures do the place justice! We had a hard time getting the family out to the beach because everyone was so happy in the private backyard enjoying the pool and outdoor living spaces. We had teens and grandparents with us and the place gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and chill, but also the right space to gather for dinner or a family movie night. We were very happy with the space, the quality of amenities, and the responsiveness of the host. We would 100% come back.

Fantastic pool and hot tub! Adult children loved the space each family had. The spacious kitchen accommodated our large party very well. The neighborhood was safe and quiet as we enjoyed evening walks. I loved the pamphlet Richard put together with answers to all our questions and recommendations. Nice touch! Highly recommended!

Great Place, expanding many rooms that were clean and comfortable. Great kitchen space, great living room with coaches, and great back yard space. Plenty of room for a large group. All the amenities that you might need and all the kitchen needs and appliances that one might need. They added the little extras that made it great with a hospitable touch. There was a problem with the pool, but Richard was very understanding and dealt with the problem promptly and reasonably. Great communication. We will come back, if we have the opportunity.

Comfy big beach house a half-block from  beach - great for family gatherings. Close to the Cocoa Beach Pier & Ron Jon Surf Shop. Swim dine, and relax. 5 bedrooms, two fold-out sofas, 3 showers, two kitchens, a formal dining area, and three TV/sitting areas. Heated pool, hot tub and covered patio by the pool w/dining tables and a big gas grill.  Comfortable, relaxed. Enjoy!
